THE STUDIO
Established in 2008 Metro Sound Studio offers the very best in guitar tuition. As a licensed RGT exam venue students can take recognized qualifictions in asociation with the London College of Music or just learn for fun!
All lessons are taught on a one to one basis in a comfortable enviroment with a waiting area for family and friends.
The studio is based in Swalwell just 5 minutes from the MetroCentre, free parking is available.
OUR EQUIPMENT
All guitars, amps, effects, leads, plectrums, tuners and handouts are provided at the studio during lessons
Tutors
Joe Pinder
Joe Pinder is the main guitar tutor at Metro Sound Studio, as a member of the Registry of Guitar Tutors Joe has many years of experience in teaching students of all ages and levels.
As well as teaching Joe also performs gigs around the UK and has been featured in Guitar Techniques magazine.
Danny Pinder
Danny is the specialist bass tutor at the studio and also teaches guitar and ukulele. He has lots of industry experience having performed nationally and internationally with various bands and artists over the years. He is currently working with Europes number one Michael Jackson tribute band.
Danny is fully RGT qualified as well as having a BMus in Jazz, Popular & Commercial Music, a Masters in Music Composition and a PGCE in Adult and young people learning.
All teachers have full CRB (DBS) checks
